Independence City is a simulation for young people ages 14-21 to experience life as an adult. There are workshops, life skills challenge, lunch and snacks provided throughout the day.
Volunteers are needed to help us in the city.

9:00am - Volunteer Orientation
9:30am - Registration Opens
10:00am - Orientation for First Group of Participants*
10:30am - City Opens
11:30am - Debrief
Noon - Life Skills Challenge
12:30pm - Lunch
1:15pm - Workshop
2:00pm - Event Ends
*Orientation will begin at 10:00am for the first 40-50 participants on site. About every 30 minutes, we will have another group begin Orientation.

part of the Hamilton County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board.
